1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vynos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vynos is an AI-powered Salesforce implementation platform that provides knowledge retrieval, code generation, and deployment assistance. The Service connects to your Salesforce organization(s) via OAuth and processes metadata and documentation to provide contextual recommendations.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or Salesforce organizations
Use the Service to deploy malicious code to any Salesforce organization
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades the service for others

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

Code generated by Vynos is provided to you under a permissive license. You retain ownership of your Salesforce metadata, configurations, and any code you deploy using the Service. Vynos retains ownership of the platform, algorithms, and knowledge base.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Vynos uses AI models to generate recommendations, code, and documentation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated content before deploying to production environments.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, deployment failures, or Salesforce organization impacts.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data at any time via the workspace settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
